All deliveries to mainland Portugal are handled by a carrier contracted by Dermicalab.

For the islands and other countries, the carrier is contracted on a case-by-case basis.

After shipment, the customer will receive a confirmation email with all order details. Orders are always delivered Monday to Friday, except for local or national holidays, according to the address the customer indicates when placing the order.

The customer can indicate any address to receive the order from Monday to Friday. For this purpose, someone needs to be present at the address between 9 am and 6 pm.

Attention: It is not possible to choose the time you wish to receive the order, as this is determined by the carrier.

Providing an incorrect or incomplete delivery address may result in the order being returned, generating additional costs for the customer for a new shipment.

We recommend that you always verify your indicated delivery address.
